home gym during Covid

Just commit to working out for 10 minutes. After 10 mins you can stop. After a few days of this you will have a habit and the workout length will grow.

Rent out your home gym with the AirGym app and find interesting people to exercise with. Just an idea--I don't have a home gym and find it difficult to motivate myself to exercise at home. The covid shutdown was difficult.
