Trying again after successful IUI

I took her advice, and am so glad I did. I was told I had unexplained fertility but if we’d tried for a while longer who knows? Maybe it would have happened in a year or two, but I think the IUI saved us from wasting time. I got pregnant 4 time, one sadly ended in miscarriage but I have 3 healthy little kiddos now!

Huh? Did you ever even try naturally? This honestly is not really great advice - are you even infertile? Also, your stats are giving hope to people who are infertile because you were successful apparently 100% of the time when usually they are 7% to 10% per cycle.

Tried naturally for a year for my first at 38. Then did IUI with Gonal F and a trigger. RE thought it was ovulation issues. Husband had a good sperm count but low volume of semen. Started trying for number two when oldest was 16 months went back to RE after 3 months. First IUI cycle failed using Bravelle and a trigger. Did second cycle and they cancelled the Bravelled because there was one huge leading follicle , so they had me trigger early and go ahead with IUi I thought I would get cancelled. I ended up pregnant. That large follicle likely produced my feisty 8 year old. My oldest is 10.5 I cycled at Shady Grove with Dr. Levens.
