Kristen carr is no doubt a great player and awesome coach, BUT, she has no business acumen and struggles on how to build a business. Which is what Stars is. Stars needs to hire someone to build and grow the business and keep Carr all things lax.

And they can’t keep the MCE director she’s a cancer on the MCE program which is why there have in the last few years they have had entire teams leave on them. This year it was the 2030 midnight team who took the entire team just before summer tournaments and started a new YJ team.

I think what it comes down to is can she recruit good coaches to help develop the teams she would like to have at STARs.

She’s a gigantic step up from the complete disaster that SW is.

So it sounds like if you have a daughter that’s not quite Capital material then Stars would be better than MCE? It’s logistically not ideal for us but I want my DD to play somewhere when she can learn and be challenged and have a consistent experience throughout the year. Are 2023-2024 coaches set already? Thank you!
