Neighbor's dog howling all day

Good dog owner.

Nonsense. You can hire someone to appropriately assist with the dog's behavior problem, board the dog in a place designated for boarding dogs while you are out, move to a place where you don't have neighbors who have to listen to your dog being "mad" all day, you can give the dog to someone who can and will properly take care of it (because this isn't you), or you can take the dog to the pound.

+1

And stop putting it in a cage while you are gone.

I'm OP and I am appreciative of all the responses.

The problem I am having is trying to figure out what unit the dog is in. I have walked around where I think the howling is coming from but I don't hear anything outside the door.

Any suggestions? I didn't think it would be this hard to figure out!

If you are locked in a closet you would be mad too.

Do you have a condo management office? You can ask them to send out an email.
