What to do for elementary graduation?

Why? Finishing ES is a milestone and an excuse to throw a party. The kids at our school are going to a variety of different MS and they have been friends for 6 years. Why shouldn't they get a chance to have one last hurrah. Anyway OP, our school throws a pretty decent post ceremony party (well food trucks, cake, music, etc). Then there is another party on the last day of school at a local park. DS asked if he could do something with his friends the sat after school ends so they may come over for pizza and a movie or may all go to the trampoline park or something. I also throw parties for everything. So I am sure DCUM hates me. But I appreciate any and all reasons to have friends over and eat good food. |

| After 5th grade promotion (no such thing as 5th grade graduation), have a pizza and ice cream party, or go to the pool with friends, or both. Hate to break it to you, but this is not that big of a deal for them, only for you. |
