Illegal ATVs on public space - Connecticut Ave NW

These bikes are dangerous and offensive to see and should be removed promptly. It's a travesty that they have sat there for so long, engendering bad thoughts in the youth walking by to go to the library.

Call the mayor’s atv tipline. You might be able to collect the reward money for turning them in!

The ATV problem in DC is real. They should arrest and prosecute all those obnoxious people.
