Swim Teams in/around North Potomac ?

I think NCAP North has space for some age groups but not others. Best to ask them.

NCAP has 4 locations in Maryland. You should contact each one separately to find out their tryout/swimmer spots status, starting with the one closest to your location. If they have openings, you'll be able to tryout.

We made the switch this summer to NCAP. We chose them because they are the only DMV area USA Swim team that consistently receives a Gold award from USA Swimming for Excellence. Their new coaches have them doing technique drills, most of which my kids have never done before. The coaches explain the finer details of each stroke (hand, head, body & legs positioning) in terms even the youngest kids can understand. It's exactly what we were looking for.
