| I’m not surprised at all. Principals in DCPS are worked to death - 7 days a week. The number of demands on their time, the Alf stupid busywork, and the huge increase in students in crisis are pushing them out the door. |

Turnover is high throughout all levels of education, public and private, worldwide. The pandemic burned out a lot of people. |

Nope turnover in DCPS is much higher than National numbers and our surrounding neighbors in DMV. |
