Stop being lazy and chop some veggies.

Not everyone is sitting on their a$$ like you all the time.

Me too. For a party or as a treat to myself, I use the poppy seed dressing, but I also eat it for lunch a lot at home and I swap out a lower-calorie vinaigrette. Love it both ways.

I like the costco kale salad too, though it reads a little "fall" to me. I would suggest just going to costco and getting whatever looks good in their refrigerated room. Usually their bagged salads come with two pouches of dressing so my recommendation is to start with one because that's often enough (or put on half a bag if it comes with a single bag). I also like the dill pickle one, the everything bagel one, and the asian chopped one. All of them would be good with some sliced cucumber if you did want to add something simple.

I like the costco mediterranean chop salad. And the caesar salad there is the best bagged version.

There's a kale and brussels sprouts one with dried cranberries (and maybe nuts?) that one of the bagged salad companies makes (Fresh Express maybe?). It's always a hit when I serve it and it looks like something you might have made yourself.

I love the Organic Girl lettuce sold at Whole Foods or on Amazon Fresh - very crisp and fresh tasting - the little gem or red butter blend. You could pair it with a bottled balsamic and a few toppings - goat cheese, dried cranberries or cherries and pecans, or do grape tomatoes and persian cucumbers.

This - costco in the container prepared, not bagged.

Wash the veggies the day before and speard it out on the counter on kitchen towels. Chop next day.

I add so many things to my greens - chopped fruits, cranberry, home made croutons, chickpeas, feta, choppped veggies, nuts, boiled eggs, ham, seeds. Even my dressing is homemade and quick.

It is the easiest thing to make and takes the least amount of effort.

Are you physically and mentally imparied?

I also was going to recommend the Taylor Farms kale one from Costco. Another plus is that you can dress it in advance and it doesn’t get soggy, rather is helps soften the kale.

Costco kale! Was going to say same, and yes, can dress ahead and tastes even better!

No, but you sound like you might be.

Costco also has a large boxed spinach and bacon salad in the deli section that’s pretty good. I use the poppyseed dressing sparingly because it’s quite sweet. The salad has cherry tomatoes, chopped hard boiled eggs, cranberries and bacon bits too. I usually add my own chopped sweet onion because the red onion that comes with the salad is a bit harsh.

If you can’t make it to Costco you can buy it in smaller bags we grocery stores - Taylor Farms sweet kale salad. Agree with others that it and the med crunch at Costco are very good options

Too many bagged salads have been recalled-- don' t make a bunch of people sick. Make your own.

I buy a tub of pre-washed spinach and arugula, chop veg. Make a quick mustard vinaigrette (any vinegar/mustard combo you have will be fine minus yellow). I know that’s not what you’re asking for but it’s not too labor intensive. You can add chopped mint, parsley or cilantro.
Use mandoline or food processor for veg prep (be careful- quick and sharp).
