Anyone else's allergies killing them today and yesterday?

They finally got me yesterday evening. My sinuses feel like they’ve been blown up like a balloon. I think it’s from being out at a park for one of my kids’ sports. There must have been a lot blooming out there.

Yes. Even the dog is struggling. She got an allergy shot but Claritin isn’t touching my symptoms.

This season has finally pushed me to get allergy shots. I can’t live like this anymore.

TLR pollen counts are 3x higher than average for this time of year.

The allergist tests you to see what you are allergic to, and then you get shots in each arm exposing you to the things you are allergic to more so your body learns to tolerate them. Doing this for several years has been amazing and I can go outside and feel fine.

YES. Even my skin is itching.

My eyes are running. I’ve gone to glasses and no eye makeup and everyone in my life asking if I’m ok because it looks like I’ve been crying.

Big same. My results were exceptional, according to my allergist. I was allergic to….everything, including dogs, cats, mold, dust, trees, grass, etc.

Now—after many years of shots—I have two sheddy dogs, and I very rarely have seasonal allergies.

I'm a teacher and we had a PD at another school yesterday. No a/c so the windows were wide open. Half of the people in the room looked miserable with allergies (including me). We all voted to close the windows and be hot rather than having pollen blowing inside.

Yes and I usually don't have pollen allergies. Dog keeps sneezing outside as well.

So far a week full of headaches, sneezing, coughing/choking, ear pain and a severe sore throat and I don't go outside unless you count the garage.

Not mine but looks like my hedge row. It does make a nice privacy hedge and bird sanctuary but boy am I suffering through this bloom year. I don't remember it being so bad.

Still bad today.

I did. A highly recommended one. I had the pinpricks in each arm to see what I was allergic to.
She told me there was nothing she could do for me. I just have seasonal allergies.

What a waste.
