Yes. Tree pollen was already off the charts and grass pollen is now too.

DD's allergies are off the charts these last few days. Runny nose and cough from the post-nasal drip. She feels completely healthy and has tested negative twice for Covid.

Pollen.com will email daily foretasted pollen counts to you for your region early every morning. I take nasal steroid spray if high, otherwise don't. Getting ahead of things seems to work for me.

Only those of us in the house who forgot to take their Flonase religiously - ie, my teen with ADHD. It's scary how ADHD impacts his whole life because of how forgetful he can be. I imagine he'll be late filing his taxes, and God knows how much of a danger he'll be on the road.

Allergy shots are totally worth it. Go see an allergist.

I had to take the day off bc I couldn’t get it under control.

I have not had allergies before but my nose, throat and eyes have felt swollen. Not sure if this is new allergies or if am getting sick.
