There are also online programs and programs at college campuses. |
| He is a CIT for a few weeks, and goes to a half day tennis camp for a few weeks. |
MCPS has both in person and virtual classes. Health Ed is a popular one. Some private schools have them. Our experience was hit or miss with them. |
Wow! I assume this is going to be expensive. How much a week on avg? |
Would love recommendations for any coding programs - particularly in person opportunities beyond TIC Which don't work for us schedule wise... |
|
Swim / tennis at the local pool - including coaching the youngest kids and then just hanging at the pool with friends for most of the rest of the day - for the first 5-6 weeks.
Sleepaway camp for the last 3 weeks. |
It completely depends on the school/district. My kid did in-person PE during the summer session to get it out of the way. |
| 2 weeks of Scout things (a camp and a trip), 1-2 weeks of vacation with family, and the rest working on merit badges and going to the pool with friends. Math tutoring and music lessons weekly. |
| Baseball, CIT, and vacation. |

| Spending 2 months in Europe. We have a base there, and will take shorter trips here and there. In between, probably pool, community service, maybe a week of camp. We’ll see, will be fun. We haven’t been able to do this in a while. |
My kids' camp is about $2K/week once you factor in travel |
Ours is $11,000 for 7 weeks. |
