For me it helped to eat more protein, which also got rid of my morning sickness.

This. I had been mostly vegetarian for years but this was the only thing that helped me. Meat, salmon, chicken, but mostly beef satisfied. I also kept hardboiled eggs on hand. Congrats, OP!
