No surprise - Clarence Thomas is completely corrupt

He needs a vacation to get a break from his nut job wife. He’s always had ethical problems but SCOTUS turns a blind eye to it. Corruption is ok if you’re a conservative.

Friends who give us multi-hundred thousand dollar vacations, merely in exchange for having our ear and trust. So what if they also have a stake in the outcome of the justice's work. I mean

My DH is an SES at at a reg agency. He started his career with a guy who is now a senior executive at a company they regulate. He’s invited us to his beach house on multiple occasions. We have always said no because that just feels wrong even though it might be ok because they knew each other before. Guess we’re just a bunch of stupid schlubs for not taking the free stays.

Your DH can be subject to consequences. Justices can act without fear of consequence

Supreme Court Justices are above the law. How can you prosecute them?

They also flout ethics rules on conflict of interest and partisan campaigning.

Funny how we don't routinely see these ethics violations and lapses on the left side of the judiciary

Maybe work in government before showering us with your ignorance.

You’re right to be cautious, PP. The book will get thrown at you if you’re found out.

Um, what? They’re in the Adirondacks. The Adirondack is a Native American tribe. The statue is honoring them. Not sure what it is your feverish imagination has conjured up…
