FFS people who write stupid sh!t like this should be banned from the website.

The goal is to turn every little scuffle into a major incident to help reinforce the narrative that society is in decline and schools are in dire need of armed prison guards.

Don't worry, that's already obvious to most everyone.

+1 there was a knife. See immediate PP post.

MCPS also agrees that we need to do more. Hence, CEO 2.0.

Ah ha! So I was right that a weapon was involved. I knew it.

Students are pulling knives and guns on each other and you don't see it as a big deal? Either you're so desensitized to this kind of violent chaos that you can't see what's wrong with that being normalized, or you just don't give a damn about the kids.

Either way, that POV is unhealthy and dangerous for our kids.

Most likely ambulance or police arrived and they didn't want kids to see anything (kid taken out on stretcher or in handcuffs)

A kid pulled a knife on another kid. Do you not see that as a ‘major incident’ at a high school?

You seriously think the police are apprehending and hauling a student away for a plastic spork?

More and more kids are raging. Hope someone is tracking what percentage of the perps were receiving psychiatric treatment.

In my experience that's the kind of crime they love to prosecute. If it involves real weapons, expect a lot of foot dragging.

In the case of WM, it may need help. MV is a strange area. Most of the shootings, stabbings, etc. are down the road by the lake. If you don't believe it, just check out spotcrime or the Montgomery County Police Department website.
