If they’re already baked you could try frosting with a dark chocolate ganache.

This is actually brilliant. I like plain Greek yogurt with a touch of something sweet (fruit, a little honey, apple butter...) So I would totally do yogurt with raspberries and a sprinkle of too-sweet brownie crumbs.

To balance sweetness, you typically add salt. Since these are already baked, I see 3 options:
- top with whipped cream (do not add sugar)
- crumble small bits & salted nuts over ice cream
- throw out and start over

Good idea.

When I want to eat vanilla icecream, I usually cut up a banana or two and just add a small amount of icecream to it.
