My 4th grade DS loved it despite my hesitation in letting him watch it. It is a good show and no issues with a 6th grader watched it. I think 5th grade is appropriate but know tons of younger kids that have watched it.

Not they don't. It's a baby show


Of course high schoolers watch it. My 17 year old senior loved it. It's geared towards high schoolers. Middle schoolers can watch it too, if they wish, but some will be a bit scared when the monster disembowels people. It goes by quickly, but they're old enough to understand, and I seem to recall there are a couple of longer camera shots in some episodes.

I am VERY strict about why at my kids watch and had no problem at all with this show. I do not let them watch Stranger Things, for example. They are 14 and 11.
