Does something acidic like tiramisu take the flavor of a restaurants aluminum to-go tray?

Whenever I use a real fork to eat out of those aluminum to-go trays I'm convinced it scrapes the aluminum or has some sort of metallic reaction. I don't notice it when I use a plastic fork with those to-go trays.
