He will know based on how he feels. If he doesn't have energy while working out then he can eat toast with PB before, or half PBJ sandwich. |

I workout at 5:15 am at the gym (cardio and swimming laps). I have to do it on an empty stomach. I drink a lot of water before I swim. Strangely, I fell better. And, after the showers, I go to my car and eat my dried fruit and oatmeal balls and some berries with a babybel cheese. At work, I just drink unsweetened herbal tea until lunch, which is always soup. NO cramps, stomaches or anything. But, if I deviate, it is NOT good for me. |
