Anyone appeal a DC traffic cam speeding ticket w/ a lawyer?

It's actually 20MPH now in DC though I doubt there are any speed cameras on 20MPH streets.

FWIW DC always has speed limit signs before there are speed cameras and they attach a photo enforcement sign as well to the speed limit sign closest to the camera - it is on the checklist when they put up a speed camera.

Having said that it would not surprise me if this driver was actually cited for going thru a stop sign at 10MPH which of course is not a speeding violation.
