Chiming in with another rec for Traveling Players. Our daughter is in college, but participated in the summer and winter programs in middle school and high school. She loved it and had a great time. She also learned a lot. Her eighth grade English teacher told me that she had to work harder to make sure our daughter was challenged enough in class. And our daughter credits her Traveling Players training with helping her to land her on-campus job in college. It was expensive, but we saw the benefits of it for years.
