Oh, that really makes sense. I have been doing this naturally as well for a long time because I get up and exercise, take care of the animals & house, shower, and then head to work. Only at work do I have tea/coffee. Woot, doing one thing right!! |
Coffee is my pre-workout. I leave the C4 to my high schooler. Yuck. |
