Running issues

I'm anemic currently and using Iron supplements. No thyroid issues though.

Try to fix your anemia. I had to do iron infusions. My running heart rate went from 165 pre infusions to 125 after (9 minute mile pace).

Google Galloway method. No real science to it but he is a multi-finisher marathon runner who has coached many in his run walk ways. its helpful to have a watch like an ironman or other fitbit watch that can be set to 3/1 , 4/1 or? that is the interval, you hear the watch beep you run for a minute or whatever it is set to.. it beeps again you walk and repeat. Several marathoners have finished with better times than all running methods
