Back-to-the-office weight gain

People were just as productive at home. This forcing people to go to the office isn’t productive or helpful, except in limited circumstances.

Is there a gym at your office? I use my office days as an excuse to use all the equipment I don’t have at home.

Also, just try reframing a bit. The motivation isn’t there for a very large portion of regular gym goers (even if that gym is at your house). You can’t wait for everything to be perfect and to feel excited to work out. Just get it done. Make it a habit. It doesn’t have to be super strenuous or time consuming. Maybe you only have 20 minutes in between putting something in the oven and serving dinner, so go use it productively! Push-ups, planks, air squats, crunches - whatever works. Get the movement in consistently and it will be something you do without thinking or motivation.

I bike to work and use the office gym on bad-weather days. And I ignore the unhealthy snacks they put out and just eat the fruit, if anything. Bring lunch from home and make meal prepping part of your routine
