What to do with ground turkey

Anonymous
+1 to egg roll in a bowl

Or for what my family calls teriyaki rice bowls-
You could try cooking the ground turkey in some teriyaki-type sauce. I use coconut aminos, sesame oil, and a little maple syrup. Then serve with rice, some sautéed cabbage, and scrambled egg, you can also add a little lettuce and radish or kimchi if you have it. Serve with sesame oil and gochujang for extra flavor/spice.

On tacos,
I just made American-style tacos with ground turkey last night, turned out so good, seasoned with siete spicy taco seasoning and had all the fixings on the side, including siete taco shells. So good!

Also works with stuffed bell peppers.

One of our favorites is spaghetti with meat sauce. Our family likes it with ground turkey or ground beef.

Sloppy Joe's

All of what you mentioned plus the 2 above are in our rotation

Was going to suggest the same, plus taco bowls or bolognese.

Turkey burgers are great.

You can add: chopped spinach, dijon mustard, swiss cheese, sliced scallions, herbs/seasoning salt, minced garlic. Those all give it flavor, binders can include egg white and bread crumbs.

Toppings can include garlic aioli, mayo with lime juice, BBQ sauce.

Enjoy!

1 20 oz can of hominy, 1 quart of chicken stock, slice up three stalks of celery, add 4 oz of green chili sauce, two 10 oz cans of great Northern beans, four oz of tomato paste in a large pot or slow cooker. Sear ground turkey with oil in pan. Add salt and pepper. Add to pot. Add more salt and pepper. Stir. Cook for four hours if using slow cooker. One hour if on stove. Serve with crumbled saltines in a soup bowl. Delicious!
