Is it safe to eat salmon 4 days in a row?

I have a friend whose college roommate's cousin knew a hairdresser that ate salmon four days in a row and spontaneously combusted. I wouldn't risk it.

She will just have higher mercury levels. The recommendation is no more than three.

Yes, that's right! I have a colleague who came from the same hometown as the hairdresser's podiatrist!

I was a pescatarian for years. I ate salmon and tuna almost every day for years. I asked my doc for a mercury test and he laughed saying he has never seen an issue. However, he did it and it was normal.

Could you share your source, please?

You're right to be concerned, OP. Look up "contaminants in salmon" and "contaminants in fish."

Salmon is a low mercury fish. I would limit Farm raised due to the level of contaminants, diseases and crap (including antibiotics) in their food. Wild is healthier.
