I was a pescatarian for years. I ate salmon and tuna almost every day for years. I asked my doc for a mercury test and he laughed saying he has never seen an issue. However, he did it and it was normal. |

Salmon is a low mercury fish. I would limit Farm raised due to the level of contaminants, diseases and crap (including antibiotics) in their food. Wild is healthier. |
