I love salmon, could probably eat it daily - but I don't because I'm cautious about mercury levels. I should add that I prefer farm-raised over wild caught which probably matters.

It is actually recommended at least 3x a week for a kids with ADHD, so it is safe. But of course, you have to pay attention to the source and avoid the high mercury fish. |
