Is it safe to eat salmon 4 days in a row?

Anonymous
It’s teen DD’s favorite food and she has had it three times this week (this is not a regular thing!), and wants to order it at a restaurant today. She usually just eats it once a week, if that.

Is it safe? I’m reading varying things online.

Is it safe to drnk coffee 4 days in a row?

I love salmon, could probably eat it daily - but I don't because I'm cautious about mercury levels. I should add that I prefer farm-raised over wild caught which probably matters.

Like you, I read varying reports online and not sure what to trust.

I wonder if her body is craving something. She may need more healthy fats in her life, from varied sources. Avocado, nuts, healthy oils.

It is actually recommended at least 3x a week for a kids with ADHD, so it is safe. But of course, you have to pay attention to the source and avoid the high mercury fish.

I mean, she could be doing drugs every day. Please don’t worry about the salmon.
