We go through phases with both but agree with using only half the sauce with the KP chicken.

- Frozen eggplant stack
- Spring rolls
- Veggie dumplings in air fryer
- Orange chicken or general tso chicken with frozen basmatti heat-up pre-cooked rice
- Roaster red pepper soup - add feta and croutons or rice for more substance
- BBQ cut salmon (seasoned however you like, air fryer or oven for ~13 mins, so easy)
- Egg roll in a bowl (ground pork, mushrooms, two bags shredded cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, PB or other but butter - just cook it all in one pan)
- Sweet corn ravioli with EVOO and parm
- Love their bagged Caesar salad or lemon arugula salad (used to love their SW chopped salad with an avocado but I over did that and don’t crave it anymore)
- Frozen butter chicken with naan

Can you tell it’s the only grocery store we shop at haha

What is this and how do you use it?

The red pepper and tomato soup with the chimichurri rice (frozen) mixed into it. They were doing this as a sample one day and it's tasty, filling, and fast.

You can make a meal of the refrigerated vacuum packed carnitas, frozen chimichurri rice, roasted street corn, a can of black beans and the handmade flour tortillas. The handmade tortillas are so good, taste very authentic.

We also buy frozen wild sockeye salmon there. And organic brown rice in microwaveable bags. They cook in 3 minutes and are really convenient.

The bags of organic arugula are usually very fresh and last well in the fridge even after opening. What else... the bags of mini avocados are great too.

That rice is SO good. And the tomato red pepper soup is too. Divine with grilled cheese. I’ve never had them together though.

The Orange Chicken. I actually use it without the sauce in stir fries, wraps and salads.
The Brazilian Cheese Balls are yummy and gluten free. I usually have them as a snack or for breakfast .
The Thai Fried Rice with Shrimp. Yum.

I also get freeze dried strawberries, dried California apricots, and lots of nuts — starting with the rosemary almonds, and the dark chocolate pistachio toffee.

Gnocchi Gorgonzola with frozen peas added

The soyrizo is really good — we may tacos with eggs, cheddar, black beans and the hand made tortillas. I also really like the corn salsa.

Their fresh mozarella is really good — we do sandwiches with their ciabetta bake at home rolls, fresh mozz, tomato, bacon and avocado

Agree with others their humus is really good. We do an apps night sometimes — their fried mozarella sticks are also good.

I bake the sweet potato gnocchi with veggies and sausage. I like the texture better that way and it makes a full meal.
