| It's a weak one as they don't usually announce new models here (compared to the Detroit show) but it can still be fun to walk around. For food, plenty of options just outside the convention center. |
+1 it’s still a fun family outing but disappointing to see the number of auto manufacturers who seem to be pulling out of the exhibit each year. |
| The last time I went was in 2020 with my 3 year old son. He had a ball but I was there when I got the news off Kobe Bryant's passing and it's really tainted the memory of auto shows for me. |
| My son, DH and Dad had fun but all like cars. Precovid Jeep had cars you could ride in and so did some of the other EV manufacturers. None this year except for Hyundai and you had to be 18. All three said it was fun but not as fun as previous years. |
Awww, RIP KOBE🥲. I was at home when I heard the news, I still get choked up when I think about it🥲🥲 Kobe loved doing things with his family, he would want you to go back with your son and enjoy your together time💞 OP, the auto show is a fun time. I didn’t know that I liked light blue cars until I saw that Baby Blue Bentley with the Buttercream seats🤪 My DH and I went to our first show while we were dating. Now, 30+ years later, we still enjoy it😊 |
| Pre covid was an absolute zoo. Could barely walk without banging into everyone. Too many people. Dear son loved it though. |
| Nope, not interested in seeing a Nissan someone upgraded with their McD's paycheck. Can't think of a bigger waste of a day. |
The DC Auto Show is in a convention center and the car manufacturers are exhibiting their cars. It’s not a parking lot “show.” |
| It used to be amazing as they had almost every car brand. Now it is trash. Only about half of the modern brands are there. Overpriced and overcrowded. Such a shame. |
