Without giving reasons why, this poll is pretty useless.

I mean, purple and blue seem to be the two with long Winter Break, whereas orange and green have shortened winter break. All of them start two weeks early, except green starts a week later.

So if person puts purple first, why would they put orange ahead of blue?

Green

I like the later August start date.

Green - later start - later end - shorter winter break.

No debates.
No modifications.
No drama.
You give your first choice only.
Don’t argue against other posters.
But if you have a reason why you like your color you can share.

For myself only:

Team Orange.

They all suck.

Anyone who votes to get out on June 20 should be tarred and feathered. LOL

If that one is selected, nobody is going to school that last week,

I can't vote for any calendar that has spring break, go back to school for a week, but, oh, look, it is spring break again. How is it they ALL have that?

Blue.

Earlier start in August. Two week break, that allows for Christmas travel. Full 180 instructional days.

Really hate options like orange where the last day of school
is mid-week and you have to scramble for a half week of child care.

Because in 2024 Easter is March 31 (which they've retied to spring break to stay in line with other districts in the area) and Eid happens to fall on April 9-10.

Everyone should really scroll through the 3 years of calendars for each color before voting. It clarifies some things to see how the pattern lays in more than one year.

Green - just won’t send my kids that last week.
Orange - second choice
