I love my minivan!

Is there any such thing as a more compact one? I'd love to get one, but am nervous about parking such a large vehicle.

What kind is it? My parents had a Toyota Sienna and a Honda odyssey that lasted forever. They were loathe to give them up even though the kids had left home long since and there were no more carpools!

I’m so sad my van was totaled in an accident.

Paid $30K
Used for 13 years, had $160K, total v as our $7K.

Basically paid $2K/year for it,

My friends would Burris it to take kids to college and they coukdnt believe how much they could fit. My friend, who only drives luxury cars, was like “tfat is the most comfortable car I’ve ever driven”. I know, right!

Best thing I ever bought.

I love my Mazda 5, which puts the “mini” in minivan, but they don’t make then anymore for the US market I believe. Sliding doors are not automatic, though, and the third row is for small people!

I love my minivan too! Now I drive a Tesla bc the kids have gone to college, but we still have the minivan. I try to drive it once a week and it makes me happy!

Unfortunately they ruined them. I’ve had 2 Odysseys which I have loved. I would definitely have replaced my 2012 with a third one by now, but the 2018+ odysseys no longer through my garage door. And neither do any of the others. It’s so irritating. So I’ll have to get some sort of SUV that I like less and is less useful so that I can still park in my garage.

I love the roominess, the convenience of the automatic doors, the amount of seating for hauling kids and their friends, the amount of storage when we go on road trips. I just love it- especially compared to my luxury SUV. I never thought I would love a minivan, but if you have kids, there is just no comparison. I no longer care that I am no longer cool because I love my minivan, ha!

I did too OP. Now that are kids are gone I still wish we had one. So comfy and useful.
