Blake (pronounced Buh-la-kay)

Gyn (pronounced Gin)

Stevia would actually be such a cute name if not for the sweetener. I love the nickname Stevie but don’t like Stephanie or Stefania.

Stevia is dumb but I like Stevie a lot. I actually like it as is, not as a nickname but as a regular name. After Stevie Nicks and/or to honor a family member named Stephen, Stephanie, or Stefania (agree I don't actually like those last two).

I love nature names like Autumn, Heather, Willow, Summer.

New favorite is Clementine.

For boys I tend to love old fashioned Biblical names like Noah, Ezekiel, Elijah, Adam, Josiah, Samuel.

If only chlamydia wasn’t an STI, it would be such a lovely name.

Done having kids but here are some name ideas I’ve had:

I love Beatrice, which I know is becoming more popular, but I like the idea of using Betty as a nn for this name even though it’s not traditional

Lilah

Miranda — Sex and the City was still very popular when I was naming my DD, plus red hair runs in our family, so I didn’t use this name because I didn’t want people to think I was naming after the character. But I love it and don’t think people assume that reference anymore.

Month/season names— love January, May, June, Summer, Autumn, and Winter

Hugo

UK prime minister names (lol to this category but we have a very English last name which might be why these appeal): Winston, Neville

Grant

Beatrix, William, Matilda, Rose, Helen/Ellen/Eleanor/Eleanora, Theodore, Sophia, Isabelle

Also any nickname that’s weirdly matched to the name in question (Margaret/Peg, Alexander/Sasha, etc)

Pretty sure I’m basic 😂

(Not including my kids actual names but they are family names and also kind of basic)
