dc reduces the penalty for violent crime even more. Had he done this in dc given his age he would be eligible for release in 15 years

Very strong likelihood that the state of Virgina is never going to let him see the outside of a prison cell. Considering that he killed a baby, it’s also very possible that any sentence would be in effect a death penalty.

The worst part about this situation is that it seems like he manipulated this poor girl to let him stay with her as a hideout to evade his felony warrant when he never should have been released in the first place and then for gratitude he shot her and her whole family. That is the question. He is a sociopathic violent criminal, so there is a good chance that he did not tell them and he took advantage of this girl and her family at a vulnerable time right after their mother passed away.

That’s really sad. She was giving birth to a child every two years since the age 16.

They were living in Spotsylvania previously, so it is still not clear how this teenage girl got together with this man from DC on a felony warrant.
