Would you eat this?

I would eat it, but the dietician at work is always telling me to toss leftovers after 24 hours because even though it's the third day I've had it, "you don't know how long it was sitting before you got it!" So there it is.

As long as it didn’t sit out for hours on Christmas Eve and has been well refrigerated since then it’s totally fine. If it sat out on the counter for 3 hours on CE, it could have started to get some bacteria. I eat all kinds of old stuff (eating my Christmas Eve leftovers today), but the sickest I’ve ever been was eating some buffet leftovers the next day, even thing I reheated it. The original curry had been out for serving for several hours on day one.

To clarify- storebought leftovers. Homemade, she allows the 3 days assuming nothing has dairy or eggs.

I only cooked 1/2 on Christmas Eve, so it was refrigerated the entire time.
