Horrible design aside, I'm a bit confused by this listing.

It's a triplex and billed as a multifamily unit, but sold as a single property.

Why is it not being sold as 3 separate properties?

And that price point. I thought the yimby cult said that multifamily housing would lower housing prices?

I'm sure the greater, greater washington crowd will love this listing though.
