I'm super confused by the photos -- but pretty much I hate it.

Wow. How does this happen?

And what is happening? The dreadfully ill-conceived modern looking part is a duplex and the small original house is on the same property, or…?

The most painful part is taking photos on your iPhone with all the shades drawn on a cloudy day. My cat could take better photos.

So it’s a mall with a shack on site? I don’t understand!

How did they get permission to have two houses on the same lot?

This is a tri-plex. Congrats MM supporters, this is the future of Arlington.

It’s ugly from the outside but it’s probably a great investment. With 3 rental units.

"The walk in unit is perfect for young professionals and students who attend University nearby. "

Looks like a high-end halfway house.

It's fugly, for sure. But somebody will buy it because they can rent out the two other units, or inlaws can stay in one, and they can use the income to pay down the mortgage. Meanwhile they'll be spending 10+ years in a dream world, hoping for the day when they've paid down the mortgage enough/their salaries have increased enough to kick out the tenants and knock down the walls and have a real house.
