This is not just a DC thing.

Cops can prosecute crimes without a chase by doing investigations. It’s not that complicated.
are you kidding me? They can’t even find murderers. Aryeh wolf was murdered months ago and his killer is still not caught

A white man being held accountable for the murder of a black man is going to make the racists heads at DCUM explode. This is great

note you don’t care in the slightest about all the blacks killed in dc each year by other blacks and not by cops

I mean being killed by someone who is paid to "serve and protect" is in a different category, don't you think?

"Become a part of a dedicated, community-oriented police department that serves and protects Washington, DC. Police officers will perform the vital public services of preserving the peace, protecting life and property, preventing crime, apprehending criminals, and enforcing the laws and ordinances of the District of Columbia and the United States."

This is beyond belief. That kid was 95% responsible for his fate - operating an illegal vehicle illegally on the sidewalk, illegally evading arrest, illegally running a stop sign (or light) into traffic.

Equally beyond belief is that urban leftists pass BS laws designed to hamper the police's ability to make arrests, leading to our spiral into anarchy.

The court of law and jury disagree with you.

Brown was a known criminal and extremely violent. He had several warrants including one in MD. I feel bad for the Officers on this situation and I’m all for holding the Police accountable.

Good riddance to everyone involved in this.

The charges and verdict are a joke. If Biden had any balls at all, he would pardon these guys in a second. This city is truly f###ed.

So when a lawful jury duly finds that police officers, who are entrusted by society to enforce the law, are guilty of violating the law, that will lead us into lawlessness?

Well yes, because I don't know if you heard, but this man was riding a scooter without a helmet and the cops just needed to protect us all by chasing him to his death.
