Not DCPS, which is the most massive, bloated bureaucracy anyone can imagine. And not WMATA, which laid off no one even when Metro service fell by more than half when the 7000 fleet was pulled out of service. |

They disregard the law completely. |

I agree. (It now has a new name.) Getting a permit for even the smallest home repair is a major Odyssey. The people who work there don’t give a s**t. |
