Who asked? Who cares? This is a thread about the timing of UVA’s ED decision release. In fact, if you don’t care about UVA and your kids are done with college, why even enter the thread at all, much less write an extraneous comment?

This has to be a joke. For whom is UVA a safety these days?

Don't feed the troll.

Someone asked on her latest Tiktok and the answer was that they were still working.

On the last live, she said there were a few days after the three football players were killed when they weren’t as productive. The live chats have been on Wednesday and Thursdays. There wasn’t one today, so I bet there will be one tomorrow.

ED is binding, not a “choice,” unless integrity is lacking or FA is inadequate

Are there any other state flagships that have ED?

Nice try troll.

People who say that the UVA boosters are the problem on this board, just take a look at the responses to a very innocent and valid question from the OP and tell me again how pious the UVA detractors are and how they never start trouble.

Oh and also take note of how none of the UVA fans are paying attention or being drawn into the argument, just trying to answer the question for the OP.

Yes, but you know you can just Google that.

Virginia Tech is the land grant institution in Virginia and they have ED.

Boosters and detractors can both cause trouble.

Because they like the school and it’s their first choice. We owe OOS and I know kids who ED there or strongly considered. It’s a solid school with a lot to offer academically and socially. And for DM families of DMV it’s not too close to or too far from home.

This list is not accurate. IL and CT are listed but don't have ED. UVM does have ED. Those are the ones listed. So the only two that seem to have it are UVM and UVA (though there could be others that aren't on this list). There are other state schools on this list but they are not flagships.

I think UVA probably resurrected it because VT and W&M have it.
