do co-dependent parents make entitled kids?

| I think it depends on whether you buy in to the parents system as a teen. I'm one of those independent/avoidant kids, which brings it's own challenges as an adult trying to have relationships. As a teen, I saw that my mom was really unhealthy and trying to suck me into her world and I did everything I could to get away. |
