| Im here bcause i know yall are parents so i figured you’ve got a good head on ur shoulders. I found this forum randomly |
This seems to go much deeper than your mom is kind of a jerk when she's tired from work. It seems like you may suffer from some anxiety. Have you thought about reaching out to someone? |
I literally have no one my age to talk to and i have friends so i’ve tried but all of my fake friends use me for when they need help but ive asked for help multiple times and they literally ignore me |
Guidance counselor, coach, teacher, grandmother, aunt, etc are all good outlets. I'm the one with a difficult mom. I get the anxiety the mood swings cause and the guilt you feel when "you're the one who sets off a bad mood". I put that in quotes because its not actually your fault. My best advice is to walk away when she gets like that and then figure out how you can find a therapost to help with the anxiety. |

Thanks. My anxiety comes from different factors. Im a girl with hair loss that isnt getting better. Happened after starving myself. Ive been bullied by strangers. By friends. By relatives.
And ever since i was a child i always felt less than. Not at home but at school |
Well it sounds like therapy would be beneficial in many ways then. Being a teen is hard. The best thing you can do for yourself is to work on your issues now so that when you go away to college, you get the chance to be the person you want to be. |
Sounds like your mother is the least of your problems. You have a victim complex. You need to get on top of that or kids will continue to bully you. |
