Thanksgiving

I don't understand the question. Is this a dog whistle for people with eating disorders on how to manage their disorders on a day that revolves around food?

Can’t people enjoy being with their families without overindulging?

Can’t people enjoy being with their families while overindulging? I think it’s part of the fun, to enjoy new foods and not worry about it for one day.

Beyond the fact that this is a dumb comment; it was inside the last 100 years when people in my family barely had enough food to survive. I’m not alone in that.

It’s one day. My plan is to go turkey trotting for five miles. I’m then going to swim off the leg soreness and proceed to drink a ton of beer and wine and eat a lot of decadent food. This will have ZERO affect on my weight or my fitness.
