Spaghetti and sauce; meatballs or sausage cooked separately.
White beans and greens (like broccoli rabe) as a side or optional main
Bread and Salad.

I also like the chili idea.
Chili (meat and vegetarian)
Cornbread
Salad
Chips, Salsa, and Guac

If we have lots of turkey, we usually make turkey bbq by adding diced green peppers and onions and bbq sauce.

Serve on rolls with cole slaw

Agree with the chili - you could easily do a vegetarian version. Plus some salad and fresh bread.

Love the idea of the ham sliders. Salad and fruit. Veggie tray.

Would also do pesto pasta with Eckrich smoked sausage on the side, salad, veggie tray, bread. Make the pest ahead of time and then all you have to do is make the pasta and mix it up.

If you see how my nieces and nephews eat, there aren't any leftover! Especially, not the turkey. Maybe some veggies are left. And they aren't even teens yet.

Who cooks enough for leftovers for 18?

I will do some sort of pasta, bread and salad.

I love the chili/soup idea and would add the charcuterie board.

Thanks everyone who responded. I will probably end up going with lasagna.

I too love the ham and cheese sliders, but I recently served them at another event with many of the same guests.
