She doesn't need to hand the letter to an employee. She can drop it in a mailbox. Why not use the mailbox outside the post office?

Not true. She needs to get a special envelope from the Post Office to mail her military absentee ballot.

Military and their family voting absentee use an inner security envelope and a postage-paid return envelope to mail their absentee ballot back to their home state. She claims that the Post Office employee would not give her the envelopes and thus she could not mail her military absentee ballot.

Real poster here who receives a military ballot in Washington State. The ballot arrives with two envelopes—one to conceal the ballot and one that’s a self addressed envelope with postage included. It can be dropped off in any mailbox.

Which state sends you your absentee ballot to Washington?

She’s a Pennsylvania voter and claims she did not have those envelopes. She already had gone to one small post office and they were out of envelopes. She went to this larger post office and that’s where she claims she encountered resistance.

It’s not clear to me that all states provide the necessary security envelope and the postage-paid envelope.

I am not a military voter but generally when you vote by mail, there are two envelopes. Election officials are allowed to open the first envelope as the first step in processing but they are not supposed to open the inner envelope so as to not see someone’s vote. They’re not a crazy size, but they’re not a regular size, either.

Quite frankly, I just don’t put any kind of illegal shenanigans past Republicans at this point. They’ve done too much damage and act too entitled.
