Real poster here who receives a military ballot in Washington State. The ballot arrives with two envelopes—one to conceal the ballot and one that’s a self addressed envelope with postage included. It can be dropped off in any mailbox.
Which state sends you your absentee ballot to Washington? She’s a Pennsylvania voter and claims she did not have those envelopes. She already had gone to one small post office and they were out of envelopes. She went to this larger post office and that’s where she claims she encountered resistance. It’s not clear to me that all states provide the necessary security envelope and the postage-paid envelope.
