| Washington College has strong environmental science program. |
| My kid went to Bucknell for animal behavior and it was excellent. |
| Mississippi State and they give great merit aid. |
|
Cornell might be a reach.
U of MD? |

Dickinson College has a farm, but I don't know about animal science classes.
Does she want large or small, they provide very different experiences. |
| Competitive, but NC State |
I agree with NC State, def. for Animal Science. I was there in the 1990s. one of my roommates was an animal science major. Animal science has 3 concentrations (Industry, Science, and Veterinary Bioscience). My roommate was in the Vet option. I don't know much about their Environmental Science major, but they do have one. Don't expect any University-wide merit, but the college (College of Ag & Life Science) may have some awards your DC qualifies for. |
| PP again. Animal Science will be an easier admit than Engineering. Don't think your DC has to be 75% and higher on their stats. |
So many of us like this on this thread! I'm now and environmental lawyer but wish I'd studied something like OP's post instead |
| Franklin & Marshall has some kind of animal behavior specialty, I think. Check it out. We toured there, I thought it was really cute. |
| I know that Duke has some puppy lab (so doing dog studies); if you google, it will come up |
That is a psych major. Different than animal science (which usually focuses on farm animals) |
Duke has it’s lemur center and one in Madagascar. |
