Trader Joe's & Whole Foods have great pizza dough. Just bring it home roll it out and put whatever you want on it. I use a plain baking sheet most days. I have a pizza stone that works slightly better but not necessary. |

| Frankly, I use what is in the fridge and on the counter. I will slice things up and put them out there- the key is to slice thinly. It is a great way to clean out the bits and pieces leftover from the week. Peppers, chicken, bacon, onion, any number of cheeses, spinach, ham, olives, mushrooms, tomatoes. In summer I will make a pesto if we are overrun with basil. |
| We make our pizza crust using ground chicken breast, almond flour, cheese, an egg and various spices. We blind bake the crust after smoothing it out on a parchment laden cookie sheet. Then we top with our faves. We love chicken crust pizza. |
We have the in-between version of this, we use a pizza baking sheet. So it's round, with holes on the bottom. It really does help the crust get nice a crisp (much more so than a regular baking sheet). We have nowhere to store a pizza stone, but the baking sheet is small. |
