Trader Joe's & Whole Foods have great pizza dough. Just bring it home roll it out and put whatever you want on it.

I use a plain baking sheet most days. I have a pizza stone that works slightly better but not necessary.

Frankly, I use what is in the fridge and on the counter. I will slice things up and put them out there- the key is to slice thinly. It is a great way to clean out the bits and pieces leftover from the week. Peppers, chicken, bacon, onion, any number of cheeses, spinach, ham, olives, mushrooms, tomatoes. In summer I will make a pesto if we are overrun with basil.

We make our pizza crust using ground chicken breast, almond flour, cheese, an egg and various spices. We blind bake the crust after smoothing it out on a parchment laden cookie sheet. Then we top with our faves. We love chicken crust pizza.

We have the in-between version of this, we use a pizza baking sheet. So it's round, with holes on the bottom. It really does help the crust get nice a crisp (much more so than a regular baking sheet). We have nowhere to store a pizza stone, but the baking sheet is small.
