How to make a home gym energized and welcoming? more inside

I like a combination of these, for inspiration. I love the idea of wallpaper in the first and and textures in both. I think you could get a similar feel of the textile/textures through the accessories (like the shades, the pillows, the woven urn things, etc.) since you have hardwood floors. I also like the look of the comfy chair, but I wouldn't use it if I was all sweaty, so I'm not sure its a practical addition to your room unless you'd also use it for reading.

Minimal and monotone. Zen.

Bright colors and energetic.

I was coming here to say lighting also. May need to add receded overhead lighting--with dimmers.

Sorry but most of the pics here make me want to read a book, meditate, or do yoga at the most. But you do you, OP.

Where do you find this wallpaper?

I got mine from AliExpress. You could look at Rebel Walls and also many of the major wallpaper lines also offer murals. Society 6 might have some as well.

I bought a huge snake plant with a nice planter to put in a corner and another smaller plant for this shelf where we store weights. I also have a peloton - the tread - and I love the design of their weights. I replaced all of my weights with theirs and it looks so nice - plus I like the feel of their handles. Also a flat screen is nice if you do mat classes.

+1

Maybe a fresh shade of green? And then mural/wallpaper for the blank wall?

Love the idea to include plants. I'd also add a table/lamp/speaker to the chair area.

I love this.

And wall mirrors can be $$$$. I love that he took regular mirrors and hung them horizontally. Much cheaper.
