But doesn’t that have to do with the fact that they’re washed we’re not washed? I can’t imagine it’s good for the eggs to be going in and out of refrigeration. All I know is when I go visit my home country and I buy non refrigerated eggs, I often times get spoiled eggs. |

+1 I do this, too. A bag of frozen corn or peas or something is very inexpensive. Buy one or two and put them on top of the eggs. Also, because of Ian, it is cloudy all over the DMV today and the temp won't get above 70. You'll be perfectly fine leaving the eggs in your car for 2 hours, with or without the frozen veggies. |
