Maybe 6. I wear them all summer. I don’t know what the rules are and don’t really care. I have large thighs and still wear shorts. They are much more comfortable than skirts and look better with athletic shoes. |
Probably 10. My summer uniform is a tank and shorts! |
I used to agree, but I wear them during play dates when I know I’ll be sitting on the floor making sure my 2 year old behaves nicely to the other kids. I also wear them to the playground when I know I’ll be lifting him up to the monkey bars. What should I wear instead? I find skirts and dresses impractical for these situations and pants too hot during the warmer months. |

None. Shorts aren’t flattering on grown women. I prefer skirts and dresses. |
I have maybe 6 pairs of khaki or black shorts. Everything else is athletic shorts. |

Ok grandma. I have an entire drawer full. I live in AZ. |
A couple pairs of the j crew chino shorts. |
Not even to work from home when it's 95 degrees and humid? Really? Am I going to offend the fashion sense of my cargo-short wearing husband or my cat? I have some JCrew chino shorts in a few colors and some skorts (Prana, Athleta). |
Zero. I prefer linen or light weight pants, skirts |
When I was heavy, I had 2 pairs, khaki and black - I always felt uncomfortable because of my size. Now that I've lost some weight, I bought 4 new pairs: black, navy, khaki and olive. This is a me issue, as I was not comfortable in my own body |
5? |
6-8? I haven’t adapted from the pandemic leggings 24/7 look, so i tend towards leggings or athletic shorts daily still, with a few skorts mixed in, but i still own shirts and wear them whenever i feel like it. And I’m not skinny either. I work hard on these legs and I’m not hiding them! If people are grossed out, they should look elsewhere. |
